As a part of the RSB team, you will have the opportunity to make your senior year UNFORGETTABLE! You will enjoy all the things that make senior portraits fun, take part in a completely styled model shoot, make lifelong friends and become sisters with the other team members and learn a lot along the way!
The past few years have been very trying for me, emotionally, mentally, and even economically. I have felt the pain of loss and am now painfully aware of how precious life is. From now on, I cherish all the small things in life. Your senior photos should express these things. We should be telling your story, whether that be capturing the love and laughter between you and your parents/grandparents, capturing moments you will never get back with the dog you have grown up with your whole life, or simply capturing you in this exact moment of life: strengths, flaws, and everything in between. I will make art out of your life and the things that matter the most.
I have always known that God chose me to do something special in life and make a difference. By being a senior photographer, I get to help every senior that steps in front of me realize just how absolutely freaking beautiful and amazing they are. I began to specialize in seniors when I realized how much I needed to impact these young minds and give them a senior experience that they will always remember and hold close to their heart.
The Rural Southern Belle team is a family that I cannot wait for you to be a part of. I promise you this investment will not be something you regret.

I'M KASEY!
Now that we've gotten to know each other, let's dive into the good stuff!
I am 30 years old. I live in Clinton which is right outside of Knoxville, TN. I am a hockey lover, concert addict, and Swiftie. I live on my family farm where we have Cows, Chickens, and 5 dogs. I absolutely love the small things in life. I recently got to travel to Scotland and I will probably end up living there at some point in my life because that country was so absolutely beautiful and peaceful I never wanted to come back home.
I have been photographing seniors since I was in high school. I have an actual photography bachelors degree from Carson-Newman University. Yes a degree in photography, I know it's rare but I wanted to have a degree! Seniors are my absolute passion in life and I want to make sure that you have the best time ever at your session!

What to expect
Now that you are on the VIP list and things are officially official - let’s talk through the entire experience step-by-step!

Keep an eye on your email! You will be getting an invitation to the application on OCTOBER 1st! You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you submit your app! Make sure to be as honest as possible and give long and descriptive answers to the questions! It will make it a lot easier for me to learn about you and everything that you are!
There will be a section for you to upload a video. I HIGHLY suggest you make a video. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just a video explaining why I should choose you for the team! It can be about your accomplishments, about why you love what the Belles stand for, why you would be the perfect fit for the team/a good spokesmodel for my business, etc. If you can't get it to upload on the Application, you can DM me on Insta! I can't wait to read your applications!

Over the course of a couple days, you will receive a box in the mail with your acceptance to the team! Be sure to share it all over social media and with your friends and family! Because you deserve to tell the world that you made it!

In March, we will have our Rural Southern Belle Meet and Greet event! Then we will start with our first team photo shoot in May! What better way to start your senior year than with a team photo shoot?!?
The Rural Southern Belle team members become the face of Rural Southern Photography, appearing on my website, marketing materials, advertising, social media and maybe even in your favorite boutique around East Tennessee! But even beyond the placement of your images, I look to you to represent what I stand for in your community, empowering other high school girls, and giving back to the community, and representing what true beauty is all about!
You will become the voice of my brand! Your support & kind words with your friends, neighbors & even sports teams will help me grow and your ideas and input will help me continue to grow and shape how I become a leader in Senior Portrait Photography!
One of the things I pride myself on is creating a sisterhood of senior girls who are like family to each other and myself. A family where my Belles feel supported and understood. We are constantly texting & talking to plan spontaneous photo shoots, commenting on each other's posts, and I am always here for advice. A lot of my team members become lifelong friends and sisters! Even some have shared a dorm room with each other!

I know, I know...this is the biggest, most common question.
- Meet & Greet event with intro to team picture
- Editorial Group Photo Shoot
- Digital images from every photoshoot to share on social media
- Individual Personalized Senior Session(2-3 hours of shooting, 2 locations, unlimited outfits)
- 4 other themed photoshoots during the year
- Any other group photoshoots throughout the year(local and destination)
- Group Events and Activities
The model investment fee is required to participate in the Rural Southern Belle team. This covers the cost of being a model for your entire senior year of high school. Basically you are getting all the perks of being a Rural Southern Senior and then even more!
WHAT'S INCLUDED

LET's talk payment plans...
i have three different options for you to pay for your child's rural southern belle fee!
Why is there a fee you ask? Because this fee covers your child's senior session as well as all of the amazing opportunities they will receive. I offer destination photoshoots, we have Christmas parties, movie nights/craft nights, themed photo shoots, etc.
OPTION ONE: PAY IN FULL
You will make a 1 time payment of $1400 and not have to worry about anything else for the rest of the year!
ALL FIRST PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF SIGNING CONTRACT.
OPTION TWO: SPLIT INTO 2 PAYMENTS
You will make two equal payments of $700.
ALL FIRST PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF SIGNING CONTRACT.
OPTION THREE: SPLIT INTO 4 PAYMENTS
You will make four equal payments of $350.
ALL FIRST PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF SIGNING CONTRACT.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Participate in Group Styled Shoot
The group styled shoot is required as your "first team shoot" so everyone is required to come to this. It is required so that everyone will have photos to post and share with friends and family so you can get the word out about Rural Southern Photography.
2. Share photos on Social media
Belles are required to post TWO TIMES from each photo shoot. You really want to make sure that you are getting all of your friends, family, and followers familiar with RSP and want to get their own photos taken!
3. Be active with events/shoots/other activities
Belles that participate will get the most out of the program. School, sports, and family come first, but if you can, try to make the different events and shoots so you can have a wonderful experience in this program.
4. Have a good attitude and a kind heart
Rural Southern Belles are kind to each other, respectful to me and genuinely want to be a part of the team.
5. exclusively use rSP as their photographer
As a Rural Southern Belle, you agree to use me as your senior photographer for your senior year of high school. Use of other senior photographers will result in immediate dismissal from the team.
6. Pay The Model Investment Fee
Rural Southern Belles pay a model investment fee to cover costs associated with the program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
An online application will be sent to my VIP email list on OCTOBER 1ST, which you signed up for if you are getting this. Simply click on the link, fill out the online application form and hit submit. The deadline for the applications will be on October 15th, 2025. Once all the applications are reviewed, I will be secretly contacting the parents of the girls who made the next round. (PARENTS, please keep it a surprise and don't let the girls know that they have made the team!). Once I get the parent's final permission for you to be on the team, I will then send them a quote containing the contract and the invoice. Both will be required to be taken care of before you are "accepted" on the team.
am i required to be at all of the shoots?
how and when do we apply?
No! The only shoot that you are required to be at is the styled styled shoot in May! All other shoots are open to any models that can participate! Of course, the more you attend, the more photos you will receive and the more fun you will have!
can i be part of the team and have Senior my photos taken by another photographer?
No. By participating in the Rural Southern Belle team you agree to have ONLY Rural Southern take your senior photos. No other "senior photos" will be allowed and will result in immediate dismissal from the team. You will represent Rural Southern Photography only during your senior year. You may however have your yearbook photo, sports photos or any other "School" photos taken by a school appointed photographer.
What all does the fee include?
The model investment fee includes the editorial styled shoot which is the intro photo shoot to the Belle team. You will get digital images from every session to share on social media. 4 promised photoshoots throughout the year, usually based around a holiday or specific theme. Lastly, your personalized senior session, which includes 2-3 hours of shooting, unlimited outfits, 2 locations, and an online downloadable digital gallery.
